Job Summary:
Acting as a team leader to assist manager to continue Quality of technical team to deliver the best service to OUR CUSTOMERS.
Job Description:
1. Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
2. Provide technical support for all HORIBA equipment.
3. Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring schedules and objectives are met.
4. Ensure Key Accounts are supported effectively.
5. Provide training to required and secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines.
6. Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science with Technical background.
- At least 10 years of experience in Field Service and IVD with supervising team experienced.
- Strong knowledge in Electromechanical systems and in vitro diagnosis systems.
- Have knowledge in Hematology and/or biochemistry will be an advantage.
- Experienced in International company is preferred.
- Good command in speaking English and Computer Skill.
- Excellence Service Commitment.
- Able to travel upcountry.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 17.30
