Duties & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Assist National Sales Manager to develop new business on Key Account and Distributor Network.

Major Responsibilities:
• Analyzing market opportunity and establish marketing strategy and business plan.
• Strong dealer management and Develop new dealer/distributor sales channel and keep good relation.
• Lead, Manage and Coach Sales team to establish professional sales team, maintain staff by recruiting, selecting and training.
• Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs and competition for existing and new product.
• Any other as assigned by National Sales Manager.

Qualification
-   Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology.
- At least 8 years experience in IVD related field in Affiliate company, Good existing customer network (Hospitals and Laboratories), Managerial Level at least 3 years.
-   Strong Marketing Strategy, negotiate, adaptability and Presentation skill
-   Good in speaking English.
-   Excellence Service Commitment.
-   Able to travel as per request.
