Job Responsibility:
1/ Responsible for handling customer's pre-sales consultation,after-sales processing and follow-up
until the case is closed;
2/ Responsible for the receipt,testing,packaging and issuance of the parts required for customer
serive,and follow up the registration,testing and warehousing of the parts that need to be returned;
3/ Responsible for product technical training for distributor;
4/ Responsible for regularly sorting out common market feedback from customers and sorting out
corresponding cases for the establishment of after-sale product khowledge base.
5/ Responsible for the active return visit and maintenance of international key customers;
6/ Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Qualification: * experience requirements : three years or more relevant work experience in IVD field.
* good health,with good professional ethics,work responsibility and work passion,work enthusiasm
* English listening,speaking,reading and writing ability
* proficient in various office software operation
* familiar with IVD instrument such as Biochemistry Analyzer,Chemiluminescence Analyzer,
Immunofluorescence Analyzer and so on.
