Qualification- Develop and maintain a written claims guideline to ensure that claims are paid in accordance with the customer’s policy and provider contracts
- Ensure that the claims guideline and any other company written procedures are kept up to date and that any changes are communicated to the supervisor and their team members
- To be responsible for all training within departments to ensure that all operation staff are knowledgeable about policy wording, provider contracts, medical terminology, and new medical knowledge and treatment
- Provide clinical advice to all operation staff, and consult with Medical Director for second medical opinion to ensure that all claim payment is justified
- Liaise with care management team, hospitals, clinics and doctors regarding claim queries and requests for information
- Support sales team on customer claim inquiry
Key Requirements: -
Thai nationality, minimum 2 - 5 years in nursing experience
- Able to work in commercial environment and fast moving business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Written and spoken English language will be advantaged
- Computer literacy is essential
- Passionate about customer people and result
