Key Responsibilities:• Recruit, contract and maintain relationships with clinics, hospitals and other service providers that are part of the provider network.
• Manage key provider relationships (including problem solving) to ensure a positive collaboration with the company.
• Assist in the implementation and management of the company's quality management programs to ensure the quality of the provider network, as well as the quality of all products and services.
• Conduct provider orientations, provider education forums and site visits to ensure that network providers are knowledgeable of company product.
• Hospital audit and review complex case.
• Manage data to company system.
• Assists Section Manager who is responsible for overall setting up and operation of provider management team
Key Requirement:•
Thai nationality, Minimum 3 - 5 years in nursing experience
• Age not over 30 years old
• Preferably experiences in Medical Unit, OPD Unit, Surgical Unit, ICU or Emergency Unit
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, courteous and enthusiastic attitude.
• Self-starter and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to multitask or manage several priorities at one time.
• Written and spoken English language will be advantaged
• Computer literacy is essential
• On-track behavior and Can Do attitude.
• Passionate about people, customer and result.
• Self motivated, result oriented, ability to work under pressure, creative and energetic.
