Job Responsibilities :-• Manage the maintenance portfolio in designated areas including service contract offers and deliverables
• Manage day to day service operations and functions and ensure compliance of quality, environmental and safety requirement
• Technical support for internal staff from Service, Sales and Sales Engineering
• Identify repair opportunity and work together with service sales to achieve repair sales target
• Identify and standardize work practice, components and equipment
• Analyzing customer needs, customer satisfaction, technical information, and competitor activities
• Solution designing & training the service engineer teams
• Monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness
• Leads the Service Engineer Team toward common goals and values in line with the vision of the company
• Other duties as assigned by Service Engineering Manager
Qualification:• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years experience in medical engineering field and should be working in the similar capacity for at least 6 years
• Experience in CR, DR, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound , PACS, Medical Visualization Display will be advantage
• Effective communication and presentation skill
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of technical plans
• Experience in launching new products and services in medical business.
